 Longview Ballet Theatre supported Operation Appreciation during the Stars and Stripes Over Broadway production. Operation Appreciation sends care packages to friends and family members of East Texans that are deployed in the Middle East. Three shipments are done each year: Christmas, Girl Scout cookies, and Fourth of July.

For one item donated, a 10% discount was taken off one full ticket price for the Longview Ballet's performance of "Stars & Stripes and Broadway Nights!". Donations were accepted at the Belcher Center Box Office only.
